(1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that, in relation to an access or amendment application or other matter under this Act—(a) a person’s agent is able to do, in accordance with the terms of the person’s authorisation as agent, anything that the person could do; and(b) a child’s parent is able to do anything that the child could do if the child were an adult.
