Special provision about application of Act other than ch 3 to a Minister
20 Special provision about application of Act other than ch 3 to a Minister
(1) If a provision of this Act applies to a Minister, the provision applies
only for acts done, or practices engaged in, as the case may be, in the
Minister’s capacity as a Minister in relation to the affairs of an agency
administered by the Minister.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to chapter 3
, or to any other provision of this Act to the extent it applies for the
purposes of chapter 3 .
