LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 113
Public notice of availability to be given
113 Public notice of availability to be given
(1) The chief executive must advertise the intention to make an interest in
land available by auction, tender or ballot.
(2) The advertisement must be—
(a) before the auction, tender or ballot takes place; and
(b) in the gazette
(the
"sale notice" ).
