Chief executive’s approval required for renewal
157A Chief executive’s approval required for renewal
(1) A term lease may be renewed only if, under this subdivision, the chief
executive has made an offer of a new lease and the offer has been accepted.
(2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 434B .
