LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 176D
Notice of decision
176D Notice of decision
(1) If the chief executive decides to grant the approval, the applicant must
be given a notice stating the subdivision offer.
(2) If the chief executive
decides to refuse the approval, the applicant must be given a notice of the
decision and the reason for it.
