LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 180D
When cancellation or surrender is effective
180D When cancellation or surrender is effective
(1) A permit may be cancelled by registering a cancellation notice for the
permit.
(2) A permit may be surrendered by registering a surrender notice for
the permit.
(3) The cancellation or surrender takes effect on the day the
cancellation notice or surrender notice is registered.
