Note—The Mineral Resources Act 1989 , section 8 , the Petroleum Act 1923 , section 10 and the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 , section 27 provide that each grant and lease issued under this Act is subject to the reservation of the minerals and petroleum mentioned in the sections.
