Making and registration of transition to sale agreement
240O Making and registration of transition to sale agreement
(1) The chief executive may enter into a transition to sale agreement.
(2) A
transition to sale agreement, including any amendment of a transition to sale
agreement, has effect only if it is registered. Note— For registration of
transition to sale agreements, see section 279 .
