Procedures on lodgement and registration of document
282 Procedures on lodgement and registration of document
(1) When a document is lodged in the land registry, the registrar of titles
must note on the document— (a) the date and time of lodgement; and
(b) an
identifying reference.
(2) When the document is registered, the registrar of
titles must record the information mentioned in subsection (1) (a) and (b) in
the appropriate register.
