LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 290N
Pre-examination of plans
290N Pre-examination of plans
(1) Nothing in this Act prevents the registrar of titles from examining a plan
of survey and related instruments deposited before the plan is lodged for
registration.
(2) Section 305 applies to a plan and related instruments
deposited under subsection (1) .
