Registration of deed of grant revokes reservation and setting apart
34M Registration of deed of grant revokes reservation and setting apart
(1) The reservation and setting aside of an operational reserve is revoked by
registering a deed of grant over the reserve.
(2) The deed of grant takes
effect on the day the deed of grant is registered.
