373C Amending document creating covenant

(1) A covenant may be amended by registering a document amending the covenant.

(2) The amending document may be registered only if—

(a) it is validly executed; and

(b) the chief executive has given written approval to the amendment.

(3) However, the amending document must not—

(a) increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the covenant; or

(b) add or remove a party to the covenant.
