LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 373X
Amending interest
373X Amending interest
(1) A carbon abatement interest may be amended only by registering a document
amending the carbon abatement interest.
(2) However, the amendment can not—
(a) increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the interest; or
(b)
add or remove a party to the interest.
