For buyers, sublessees, mortgagees and creditors, until a writ of execution is registered—
(a) it does not bind or affect a lease, whether or not there is actual or constructive notice of the writ; and
(b) binds or affects a lease only if the writ is executed and put in force within—(i) 6 months of its lodgement; or(ii) the extended time allowed by the court where the writ is filed and notified to the registrar of titles.
