LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 38E

38E Effect of cancellation

On the cancellation of a deed of grant in trust under this division, all of the following apply—

(a) the trust ends;

(b) all appointments of trustees are cancelled;

(c) all interests in the deed of grant in trust are cancelled;

(d) the land becomes unallocated State land;

(e) no person has a right to claim compensation from the Minister or the State for the cancellation.
