411 Defence may be filed

(1) A person who receives a proceeding notice may defend the proceeding by filing a notice (a
"defence notice" ) with the registrar of the Magistrates Court within 14 days of receiving the proceeding notice.

(2) The defence notice must state—

(a) the grounds on which the proceeding is defended; and

(b) the orders sought by the chief executive or the person.
