Applying for review
424 Applying for review
(1) An application by a person for review of a
decision must be made within 42 days after notice of the decision was given to
the person.
(2) The Minister may extend the period for making an application
for review.
(3) An application for review must be written and state in detail
the grounds on which the applicant seeks review of the decision.
