Removal of trustees
51 Removal of trustees
(1) The Minister may remove a trustee from office if the Minister is
satisfied— (a) the trustee has breached the conditions of the trust, the
conditions of appointment or this Act; or
(b) the removal is in the public
interest.
(2) The removal of a trustee from office must be registered.
(3)
The Minister may appoint, under section 44 , a new trustee in the place of the
trustee removed.
