Authorisation under repealed s 384 continues for 1 year
521C Authorisation under repealed s 384 continues for 1 year
An authorisation
under section 384 that is in force immediately before the repeal of the
section continues to have effect for 1 year after the repeal as if the section
had not been repealed.
