Particular new leases exempted from particular provisions
521S Particular new leases exempted from particular provisions
(1) The
following provisions do not apply to a new lease— • section 162A
•
section 168A
• section 176H.
(2) In this section—
"new lease" means a lease offered and accepted under this Act before 1 January
2008 but not granted as at the commencement.
