Continuing application of no compensation provision
521Z Continuing application of no compensation provision
(1) The repealed
section 431NG continues to apply after the repeal of chapter 7, part 3B in
relation to the operation of that part.
(2) In this section—
"repealed section 431NG" means section 431NG as in force immediately before
the commencement of this section.
