Particular applications taken to have been made to the chief executive
537 Particular applications taken to have been made to the chief executive
(1) This section applies if— (a) immediately before the commencement, a
provision of this Act required or permitted an application to be made to the
Minister; and Examples— former section 23A, 34H or 38G
(b) on the
commencement— (i) the provision requires or permits the application to be
made to the chief executive; and
(ii) the application has not been decided.
(2) The application is taken to have been made to the chief executive.
