LAND TAX ACT 2010 - SECT 51
Aged care facilities
51 Aged care facilities
(1) Land on which an aged care facility is located is exempt land.
(2) In
this section—
"aged care facility" means a facility at which residential care is provided by
an approved provider within the meaning of the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cwlth) ,
schedule 1 .
