LAND TAX ACT 2010 - SECT 85
Regulation-making power
85 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations
under this Act.
(2) A regulation may— (a) be made about fees payable under
this Act; and
(b) provide for a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty
units for contravention of the regulation.
