MOTOR ACCIDENT INSURANCE ACT 1994 - SECT 101

101 Periodical reviews
(1) Whenever it appears necessary to review this Act to ensure that it is
adequately meeting community expectations and its provisions remain
appropriate, the Minister must have such a review carried out.
(2) The
Minister must cause a report of the outcome of a review under subsection (1)
to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
