Nominal Defendant to keep public office
17 Nominal Defendant to keep public office
(1) The Nominal Defendant must have a public office.
(2) Legal process is
served personally on the Nominal Defendant by leaving it at the Nominal
Defendant’s public office with a person apparently employed at the office.
