MOTOR ACCIDENT INSURANCE ACT 1994 - SECT 87RR
Offence to contravene personal details requirement
(1) A person of whom a personal details requirement has been made must comply
with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Penalty—
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) A person may not be convicted of an
offence against subsection (1) unless the person is found guilty of the
offence in relation to which the personal details requirement was made.
(3)
In this section—
"personal details requirement" see section 87RQ (5) .
