Delegation of powers by investigator
87ZD Delegation of powers by investigator
(1) An investigator may delegate a power under this part other than the power
to administer an oath or affirmation or the power to examine on oath or
affirmation.
(2) A delegate must produce the instrument of delegation for
inspection on request by an investigated person or an associated person for an
investigated person.
