Admission of investigator’s report in evidence
87ZM Admission of investigator’s report in evidence
(1) A document certified by the commission to be a copy of an investigator’s
report is admissible in a legal proceeding as evidence of any facts stated in
the report.
(2) Nothing in this section operates to diminish the protection
given to witnesses by law.
