Chapter stops applying to person if prosecution for offence discontinued
103 Chapter stops applying to person if prosecution for offence discontinued
If action is taken under this chapter in relation to a person charged with a
serious offence or associated offence and the prosecution of the person for
the offence is discontinued, this chapter stops applying to the person in
relation to the offence.
