(1) The registrar must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of the proceeding for the reference—(a) each party to the proceeding;(b) if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person the subject of the reference—the administrator of the service;(c) if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person the subject of the reference—the administrator of the service;(d) if the person the subject of the reference is in lawful custody—the person’s custodian.
(2) The registrar must give the notice at least 7 days before the hearing.
(3) The notice must state the following—(a) the time and place of the hearing;(b) the nature of the hearing;(c) the rights at the hearing of the person the subject of the reference.
