Agreement for detention—chief psychiatrist
196 Agreement for detention—chief psychiatrist
(1) The chief psychiatrist
may agree to a person’s detention in an authorised mental health service
only if the administrator of the service has refused to agree under
section 195 to the person’s detention in the service.
(2) In deciding
whether to agree, the chief psychiatrist must be satisfied of the matters
mentioned in section 195 .
