(1) This section applies if a record for an advance health directive or enduring power of attorney for a personal matter is kept in the records system.
(2) The directive or power of attorney may be proved by a copy produced from the records system.Note—See also the Powers of Attorney Act 1998 , section 45 for other ways in which the directive or power of attorney may be proved.
