(1) The administrator of an authorised mental health service must issue an identity card to each of the following persons appointed by the administrator—(a) an authorised doctor;(b) an authorised mental health practitioner;(c) a health practitioner appointed under section 341 to perform particular functions.
(2) The identity card must—(a) contain a recent photo of the person; and(b) identify the person as an authorised doctor, authorised mental health practitioner, or health practitioner appointed to perform particular functions, under this Act; and(c) state an expiry date for the card.
(3) This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
