In this part—
"transfer considerations" , for a person, means—
(a) the person’s mental state and psychiatric history; and
(b) the person’s treatment and care needs; and
(c) if relevant, security requirements for the person; and
(d) without limiting paragraphs (a) to (c) , whether the transfer is appropriate in the circumstances.Example of when a transfer under this part may be appropriate—to allow the person to be in closer proximity to their family, carers or other support persons
