MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 358
Notice to tribunal
358 Notice to tribunal
(1) This section applies if the responsibility for a
person is transferred from an authorised mental health service, or the
forensic disability service, to another entity.
(2) The administrator of the
authorised mental health service or forensic disability service must give
written notice of the transfer to the tribunal within 7 days after the day of
the transfer.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply if the person is subject only
to a recommendation for assessment.
