Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThis division applies to person who is admitted as an involuntary patient to, or enters as an involuntary patient in, an authorised mental health service that is—
(a) a high security unit; or
(b) another authorised mental health service, or part of an authorised mental health service, approved by the chief psychiatrist for the purpose of this division.
