MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 393

393 Requirement to explain to visitor

The authorised security officer must tell the visitor in general terms of—

(a) the officer’s powers in relation to the search; and

(b) how the search is to be carried out; and

(c) the visitor’s rights under this division.
