MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 405
Access to seized thing
405 Access to seized thing
(1) This section applies to a thing seized on a
search under this part.
(2) Until the thing is forfeited or returned under
this division, the searcher must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a
document, to copy it.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is
impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
