MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 437
When particular tribunal review is not required
437 When particular tribunal review is not required
(1) This section applies
to a tribunal review of the forensic order mentioned in section 433 (4) , if
the tribunal receives written notice under section 213 (5) of the amendment of
the order.
(2) The tribunal is not required to conduct, or complete the
hearing of, the review.
