(1) The tribunal must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of a review of the forensic order—(a) the person subject to the order;(b) for an applicant review, if the person is not the applicant—the applicant;(c) if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person—(i) the administrator of the service; and(ii) the chief psychiatrist;(d) if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person—(i) the administrator of the service; and(ii) the director of forensic disability;(e) the Attorney-General.
(2) The notice must be given at least 14 days before the hearing.
(3) If the review is a tribunal review, the notice must state—(a) for a tribunal review mentioned in section 433 (4) —that the tribunal proposes to consider whether to confirm the category of the forensic order as inpatient; or(b) for another tribunal review—any particular matter the tribunal proposes to consider on the review.
