(1) This section applies if a forensic order for a person was made on a reference in relation to a prescribed offence allegedly committed by the person.
(2) The tribunal must not revoke the forensic order unless—(a) the person has been examined, under an order made under section 721 , by an examining practitioner; and(b) the tribunal has obtained and considered the examining practitioner’s written report on the examination.
(3) This section is subject to section 452 .
