(1) The tribunal must make a forensic order (mental health) for the person unless subsection (2) applies.
(2) The tribunal must make a forensic order (disability) for the person if the tribunal considers—(a) the person has an intellectual disability but does not have a dual disability; or(b) the person has a dual disability but does not require involuntary treatment and care for the person’s mental illness.
(3) On the making of the forensic order under subsection (1) or (2) , the forensic order (Criminal Code) ends.
