Requirement to conduct periodic review suspended
467 Requirement to conduct periodic review suspended
(1) This section
applies if a person who is subject to a treatment support order is transferred
to an interstate mental health service or another country under part 10 ,
division 2 .
(2) The tribunal is not required to conduct a periodic review of
the treatment support order under section 465 (1) while the person is out of
Queensland because of the person’s transfer under part 10 , division 2 .
