(1) The tribunal must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of a review of the person’s fitness for trial—(a) the person;(b) for a review under section 486 (2) , if the person is not the applicant—the applicant;(c) if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person—(i) the administrator of the service; and(ii) the chief psychiatrist;(d) if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person—(i) the administrator of the service; and(ii) the director of forensic disability;(e) the Attorney-General.
(2) The notice must be given at least 7 days before the hearing.
