(a) under section 70 , that the administrator of a high security unit may give consent for a minor to be transported to the high security unit for assessment, treatment and care; or
(b) under section 351 , the transfer of responsibility for a minor to a high security unit.
Note—The administrator of the high security unit must give the tribunal written notice of the minor’s admission, or transfer, to the high security unit. See sections 77 and 358 .
