MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 503
Notice of hearing
503 Notice of hearing
(1) The tribunal must give the applicant written
notice of the hearing of the application.
(2) The notice must be given— (a)
at least 3 days before the hearing; or
(b) if the applicant agrees to a
shorter period before the hearing—at least the agreed period before the
hearing.
