"interstate forensic order" means an order made under a corresponding law of
another State, however described, that provides for similar matters to a
forensic order (mental health) or forensic order (disability).
"interstate transfer approval" , in relation to a person, means an approval
under this division for the transfer of the person from an interstate mental
health service to an authorised mental health service or the forensic
disability service.
"interstate transfer requirements" ...
"patient seeking transfer" means—
(a) in relation to an interstate transfer approval, the person who is the subject of the approval; or
(b) in relation to an application for an interstate transfer approval, the person who would be the subject of the approval if the approval were granted.
