Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person subject to an interstate forensic order, or an interested person for the person, may apply to the tribunal for approval of the transfer of the person from an interstate mental health service to—
(a) a stated authorised mental health service; or
(b) the forensic disability service.
