MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 516

516 Notice of hearing

(1) The tribunal must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of the application—

(a) the patient seeking transfer;

(b) if the patient seeking transfer is not the applicant—the applicant;

(c) if an authorised mental health service is stated in the application—

(i) the administrator of the service; and

(ii) the chief psychiatrist;

(d) if the forensic disability service is stated in the application—

(i) the administrator of the service; and

(ii) the director of forensic disability;

(e) the Attorney-General.

(2) The notice must be given at least 14 days before the hearing.
